Who we are

Sinclair Knight Merz is a leading engineering, sciences and project delivery firm. Established in Sydney, Australia, in 1964, we now have more than 6,500 employees in 13 countries. More than 550 SKM people are now shareholders, with no individual owning more than one per cent of the company. We work across four broad markets: Buildings and Infrastructure; Mining and Metals; Power and Industry; and Water and Environment.

Sinclair Knight Merz was founded by Bruce Sinclair and Jack Knight in Sydney in 1964. The employee-owned firm now has 6,500 employees in 13 countries.
