SKM has extensive experience in producing a wide range of mapping products for Indigenous Communties, Government and Private Sectors. SKM uses a wide range of techniques to create map products. These include:

• Compilation from imagery
• Compilation from geographic data
• Compilation from hard copy
• Interrogation and selective editing from of databases (including spread sheet)
• Cartographic presentation using a number of graphics packages
• Converting files to postscript format (including PDF/EPS) for printing

Final maps are usually supplied in postscript format for either pre-press or graphic designers. We work closely with publishers and printer and understand the procedures necessary to publish. Some of our projects include:

• Boundary mapping for various government agencies
• Maps for atlases, touring and transport guides
• Indigenous thematic mapping 
• Maps for magazine and booklet publication
• Organise and manage printing and distribution
