  • Helping to identify and implement initiatives in career development opportunities in SKM through partnering with educational institutions taking in Indigenous students;
  • Actively working to increase the number of Indigenous people permanently employed in SKM;
  • Providing corporate leadership within all Business and Indigenous communities in appropriately contributing to positive impacts on health, welfare, culture, education and socio-economic status of Indigenous Australians; and
  • Continually assessing our performance in the Indigenous sector.
