Education planning, management, monitoring and evaluation are core areas of specialisation for SKM and form the focus of most of our education sector projects. SKM possesses a comprehensive range of experience that includes the implementation of decentralised education management systems, the development and commissioning of Education Management Information Systems (EMIS) and information technology infrastructure, gender specific interventions, and the strengthening of financial and auditing processes.
