SKM leverages strong links with world health agencies and institutions in the delivery of best practice knowledge, experience and systems for health improvement for our international development cooperation clients.
We work with local communities and governments, building on existing capability and experience across a range of activities including project management, needs assessment, studies integrated with infrastructure and development programs.
Key element of many health programs in developing regions of the world is the provision of infrastructure and sustainable healthcare systems. SKM supports these projects through the design and delivery health faculties including clinics, hospitals and medical centres.
Developing effective partnerships with key government and private sector organisations, academic and research institutions and non-government organisations has been a key contributor to the success of these projects.
More recently, SKM has been providing health management services to the private sector in the Middle East. This area of work focuses on policy and planning, and the development of standards and accreditation for doctors and nurses. SKM has also undertaken the management of the tendering process for multi-million dollar contract for the privatisation of a large public hospital in Egypt.
